Li Style Tai Chi Short Form - One

For the more advanced. The whole Li style Short Form of 50 moves, demonstrated by Julie Jones. The viewer sees the back and front of Julie as she performs in front of a mirror. Li Style Tai Chi Short Form - Two

Beginners start here! A training session taking just a few sequences at a time. Verbal instructions are given for each move, with a chance after each group, to practice the moves with only the sequence names called out, just like in class. Produced in May 2023 (17mins)

Shibashi 18 Set 1

Shibashi is a set of 18 Qigong exercises designed to improve the general health and well being. It is a gentle, beautiful and flowing exercise routine that is both a joy to do and deeply relaxing. The gentle movements in time with the rhythmic breathing, are suitable for people of all ages as it does not put too much stress on muscles and joints if done correctly. Firehouse Short Form

Demonstrated by Intermediate pupils of Tai Chi Skipton in December 2023. Most of the class have been regularly attending classes since November 2021 or before. I am very proud of my pupils!

World Tai Chi Day 2024

World Tai Chi Day 2024 at Ermysted’s Grammar School in Skipton. Then Skipton Canal Basin for a public demonstration. Over 30 of us demonstrating, including 7 Black Jacket teachers. (11 minutes)

Tai Chi Beginners Lesson 1

This first lesson gives you a taster of the lessons to follow. There is a short warm-up, followed by some deep breathing exercises, and then an introduction to the Lee Style Form, showing the first 20 moves, and detailing the first 2 sequences.
